The Multilevel Action & Urbanization Pavilion is co-convened by ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability, in its role as the focal point of the LGMA Constituency, and UN-Habitat (The United Nations Human Settlements Programme), and co-hosted by the Scottish Government and Bloomberg Philanthropies in partnership with the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCoM) and C40 Cities, and is supported by other partners.

Register for the Ministerial Meeting on Urbanization and Climate Change
The second Ministerial Meeting on Urbanization & Climate Change will convene on 6 December at COP28. Ministers of Housing, Urban Development, Environment and/or Finance, local and regional leaders, financial institutions, and relevant non-government stakeholders will discuss accelerated local climate finance. Engagement of subnational leaders is facilitated through LGMA constituency.
